📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients of all levels
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals
- Monitor and track client progress using our proprietary software
- Provide expert guidance and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective workout classes
- Ensure a safe and supportive training environment for all clients
- Maintain clean and well-organized training areas
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, or ACSM preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Valid CPR certification
