Airbnb is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to join our Guest & Host Marketplace AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance the guest and host experience on our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain data models to improve the guest and host experience on Airbnb.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.,Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and improvements on user engagement and satisfaction.,Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.,Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex data problems.,Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
