In this role, you will translate documents, emails, and meetings between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, supporting them in their daily interactions with clients from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and other business materials in Mandarin for our local teams
• Support our sales and marketing teams in their interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients, providing real-time translation support during calls and meetings
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the business and tourism sectors
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and effective communication across language barriers
• Adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing business environment in Bali
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of both languages and cultures
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin translator in a business or professional setting
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Experience in the business and tourism sectors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced and ever-changing business environment in Bali
