📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process guest payments and transactions using HotelPro and SAP systems
• Manage cash flow and ensure accurate financial records
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and report on cash handling procedures
• Assist in reconciling daily cash reports
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Cashier or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HotelPro and SAP systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
