📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and other freight partners.
• Monitor and optimize freight costs, ensuring compliance with budget and performance metrics.
• Handle documentation and customs clearance for international shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Utilize freight management software such as Freightos and SAP to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to enhance our services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, air and sea freight operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing freight operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with freight management software such as Freightos and SAP.
• Valid CSCP (Cargo Security Certification Program) certification is a plus.
