In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. But this isn't just about the basics - we're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, recommend specials, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With your excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality, you'll be the heart of our team, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and kitchen areas.
• Recommend menu items and specials to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or server role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
