In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the audit process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using SAP and Excel
• Conduct data entry and reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support the audit process by gathering and analyzing financial data
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax
• Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis
• Support the finance team in the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Assist in the training and development of new accounting staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance (internships or part-time work are acceptable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Professional and reliable attitude
