🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Proven experience in managing HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
