CV Restu Terang is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle guest check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.,Process payments and manage guest accounts, including room charges, restaurant bills, and other services.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Manage the front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle high-volume guest interactions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.,Proficiency in using front desk software and other relevant hospitality software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.,A valid SIM (Student Immigration Visa) or work permit for Bali is required.,A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a hospitality-related degree or certification is preferred.
