In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently supporting our business operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular inspections, servicing, and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in the fleet department.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
