📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of butlers and support staff, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Plan and execute special events and functions, working closely with the management team.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it is clean and well-presented.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with property management and maintenance is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
