Local Crystal Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Medan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all staff members adhere to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members, customers, and vendors.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with these regulations.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
