In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplining as necessary.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
