📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet quality and service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
