📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance the company's reputation and public perception.,Manage and oversee public affairs initiatives, including crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, government officials, and media outlets.,Monitor and analyze public sentiment and media coverage to inform strategic decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues that may impact the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing corporate reputation and strategic communications initiatives.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian business environment and regulatory landscape.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using relevant communication and public affairs tools and software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
