📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily vessel operations and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Optimize voyage schedules and routes to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain vessel performance, including fuel consumption, engine health, and crew performance.
• Coordinate with port authorities, ship agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on board.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the maritime operations team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on vessel management and logistics.
• Proven track record of leading and managing maritime operations.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using maritime software such as Fleet Management System (FMS) and Voyage Management System (VMS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Maritime Safety Management Systems (ISM) or equivalent is a plus.
