📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.,Mentor and coach employees on their learning and development journey.,Lead and manage a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in English is a plus.
