📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
