📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Handle vehicle inspections and renewals, and maintain accurate records of all activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and safety incidents.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
