• Provide on-site technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems, devices, and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve system performance and reliability.
• Assist in the deployment of new systems and services.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and maintain equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field support or technical support roles.
• Proven experience with network equipment, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
