📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the distribution of products to retail outlets and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that product distribution aligns with sales targets.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.Track and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide excellent customer service to retail outlets and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry.Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
