PT Dinamika Wana is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is crucial in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees thrive in a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
