📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at meetings and events.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
