As a Barista at Puff Bites, you’ll be at the heart of our café, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and specialty drinks. Your day will be dynamic, with the opportunity to learn and master the art of coffee preparation using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that our café meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty drinks, and hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that our café meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Interact with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring usage.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
