FLUX Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates for various job openings within the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a commitment to helping our organization build a strong and diverse workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR databases.,Conduct initial interviews and phone screens with candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
