📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.,Oversee the training and development of restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.,Coordinate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of menus and special events.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the overall success of the dining services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of service and productivity.
