In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our HR functions and supporting the HR Director in ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Director.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
