📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.,Support the Finance Director in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Manage and monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial recording.,Assist in the preparation of financial close processes.,Provide financial advice and support to department heads as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
