📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis,Prepare budgets and forecast financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
