📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows company style guidelines.,Review and edit documentation written by others to maintain consistency and quality.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
