📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
