📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and motivation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the store.,Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
