Village Link Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control professional to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for maintaining excellence in all aspects of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality specifications.,Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.,Report quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and certifications (ISO, etc.).,Proficiency in quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
