In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and generate regular reports.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and expectations.,Identify and address any issues or challenges in the distribution process and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution dynamics is a plus.
