GLEAM Abadi is looking for a dedicated Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain and update customer records,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor cash drawer balance and report any discrepancies,Assist in inventory management by recording sales and restocking items as needed,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Willingness to work remotely and maintain confidentiality
