📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to improve patient care and facility operations.,Assist in maintaining a clean and safe nursing environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
