📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Assess employee training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices to continuously improve our training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Creative and innovative approach to training program development.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
