📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations.,Ensure all food items meet health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ordering of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage kitchen staff schedules and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
