Town Home Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage our vehicle fleet efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role is crucial in ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained, drivers are trained, and all aspects of fleet operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage fuel and oil purchases, and oversee the budget for fleet operations.,Handle vehicle insurance and registration renewals.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers for fleet services.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure all fleet vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing vehicle fleets, including maintenance, fuel, and driver management.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
