📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for optimal efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes and any specific instructions.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that arise.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
