📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present innovative design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and clients to bring design visions to life.
• Create detailed design documents, including sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Conduct space planning and layout optimization to maximize functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and architecture.
• Provide design consultations and advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design, with a proven track record of innovative projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Valid professional certification in interior design or architecture is a plus.
