📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the loyalty program for tenants and customers at Mall Kelapa Gading.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of the casual leasing process.,Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the loyalty program.,Provide excellent customer service and support to tenants and customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the loyalty program.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the loyalty program.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the customer experience.,Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of loyalty program management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is required.
