📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Assisting in inventory management and food cost control

Preparing food for service according to the menu and recipes

Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Participating in kitchen meetings and discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control

Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
