Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure all operations are running efficiently and effectively,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Handle operational budgeting and financial reporting,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
