📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Install and configure solar systems according to client specifications and technical requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct site visits to assess system performance and address any technical concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the development and implementation of after-sales service policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest solar energy technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from project delivery to after-sales service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems components and technologies, including inverters, panels, and batteries.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of solar energy systems design and installation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using technical software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSOL, and PV*SOL.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
